Moving to a new iPhone

Hello Community..

I am changing my iPhone and I don’t want to lose my scans. So I tried to transfer scans to the account cloud but it gives me a Transfer error “ can’ t find the account”.

I tried itunes as well but can’t find the scaniverse data.

Is there a way to move all my scans to the new iPhone without losing my raw data?

The Transfer scans function dosent works for me either. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Maybe you can try to setup your new iPhone by Transfering data (via wifi/USB cable, not iCloud)? You wont lose the data on your old iPhone even if this dont work for Scaniverse.
