Questions about Submission Guidelines

Hello!

When I post to a map, the Submission Guidelines say “No Indoor Scans or Private Property”

The scans I have posted so far are Public places only, no private residences or otherwise restricted areas, but religious and commercial facilities are private property, and the underground passage is indoor. Should I remove all of these from the map?

I believe the places that are not private property are roads and parks that are owned by the government or city, and a very small percentage of public places.
I have temporarily hold post because I believe I need to follow the guidelines.
Your advice is needed.

This public art is located in a commercial facility at the entrance to the station. It is private property.

Shrines are generally private property. So are temples and churches.
