How do I upload a private splat? [GUIDE]

To view your own splats in Into the Scaniverse, you can upload your splat either:

  • to the map (public)
  • share as an unlisted splat (private)

Here are the steps to post an unlisted, private splat.

  1. Capture and process a splat
  2. Once processing is complete, select “Save & close”
  3. In the Library, select and load your splat
  4. Select share > Share Link
  5. That’s it! Once the upload is complete, the splat will be available in your Profile tab in Into The Scaniverse!

Hello Azad! Just finished creating my first 3DGS using Scaniverse. I’m very impressed with the quality of the scan. Well done everyone!

After I created my 3DGS model, I went to Into the Scaniverse in my Quest 3 browser and found it (eventually) in my profile, it displayed immediately and viewing it in VR was an absolute wonder. Your controls are intuitive and easy to use and the model looked absolutely fantastic. You did it! You’re the first to make this easy!!!

I have a few questions about basic nerd stuff like SH level but I’ll leave that for later. Right now I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to everyone involved.
