Reactivating will Downgrade the VPS Quality from Good to Fair

  • Description of the issue: After adding 5 new scan data today and reactivating a VPS with over 200 existing scan data, the quality rating dropped from Good to Fair. Furthermore, after adding scan data and reactivating several other VPS, none achieved a Good rating. Are there any issues with reactivating the VPS?
  • Date: 9/30/2025
  • Device type & OS version: iPhone 15 pro + iOS 26
  • App version: v5.1.0
  • Reproduction Steps: 5 new scan data upload and reactivate.

Location ID: a991fed561ad4ff4a66c0af2ff41b6a6.16 is for example. The mesh data seems to be broken by the reactivation.

I have not gotten a good rating on any POIs in over 3 weeks.

We’ve manually reactivated your location and it should have corrected mesh data now. I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this might have caused.

Gambit: Please create a new topic in I’m Stuck with the Location IDs of the affected locations so we can look into this further.
