- Description of the issue: on 2 particular portals which VPS activated in the latest update of data on Ingress game, I always couldn’t scan out the 3D glyphs image in the Overclock process, but succeeded on other portals. Even rebooting Ingress Prime couldn’t help. It’s said that by a friend that the data what I scanned and produced in the specific period of Scaniverse beta version would be data pollution into the integrity of 3D data of portals. I’m not sure whether it is. Are Scaniverse team researching for resolving this problem?
- Otherwise it there any solution to erase the 3D data of specific portals and I rescan at least 5 times of clear scanning? Though it spends quite a lot of time.
