I did a large and thorough scan. When processing it it first says “Training splat”. At 96% it changes to “Building map”. The bar rises to 97% and then nothing happens after that. I have left the app open several times for and hour or so. After a while the screen goes black in the scaniverse app, other apps work. Restarting the processing gives the same result every time. I have done a couple of smaller scans on the device.
Is it possible to transfer the data to another device and try processing on it? As the scanned target has been changed after the scan I really would like for the scan to get processed.
The scan was done in the beginning of January 2025.

Hello! Does your issue occur during the processing phase or the enhancing phase? Additionally, do the smaller scans you create have this similar issue, and how big are your large scans that fail to finish processing? Lastly, do you know how much RAM/storage your device has?
8GB ram, 3,3 GB free before starting Scaniverse app. Over 2GB free when it hangs.
Yes, I have done 3 smaller scans and they work.
How do I check the size of a scan? App info says Scaniverse has 2,3 GB data. That is 4 scans in total. I took a long time scanning, probably over 5 minutes.
The cancel button does not work in the building splat phase 96-97%. The status under the processing bar changes to “cancelling”, but nothing happens. Before that it works, I tested at around 85%.
