Tried uploading one particular scan multiple times but it keeps failing, tried killing app and restarting phone but it doesn’t help. Other scans upload fine.

Scaniverse up to date 4.0.0, is a scan I made today. Had some trouble stopping the scan in question when originally captured but it displays fine in the app.

Thank you for your patience. Can you double check that your Scaniverse app is fully up to date and try to upload again? There were some issues with the Android app that have been addressed before the holidays including issues similar to this one. Please give it a try and let me know if it’s still happening

I tried the problematic scan again and see the same thing. My app was updated december 20.

I also have it happening on a newer scan that I captured on December 31. If I recall correctly that scan hung the app when I finished taking it but I was able to process it. Could the hang when capturing be the root cause of the upload error?

Do newly created scans also fail to post to the map, or is it limited to all of the older scans you have in your library?

I just went back to redo the scan of a place that would not upload to map like the OP. Same issue again! Come on. I dont know what the issue is
