- Description of the issue: I used Scaniverse extensively on my previous phone Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 without issue. In Aug 2025 I upgraded to Samsung Flip 7 and have been unable to upload any scans since. I can scan and process without issue, however I cannot upload them to the geospatial browser. After scanning and processing, I click the geospatial browser upload button. I can see my list of processed scans, I select a scan, and the “start upload” button activates. I press “start upload” and instantly I get a failure message “ Upload failed, the scan failed to upload. Please try again”. If I hit retry I instantly get the same failure message. I had tried multiple scans over the months since August with this error continually occurring. I now have a list of scans I cannot upload. I am aware of another Samsung user with the same issue (different phone), theirs was also a new phone purchase. I have tried with and without WiFi at multiple different locations.
